Refunds can be requested during the specified refund period (72 hours after the product delivery deadline) if:

Duplicate payment was made for the same order.

The delivered product does not conform to initial instructions.

There is a significant delay in delivery.

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

The order status is “finished”.

General dissatisfaction without specific issues.

Delay due to insufficient information or communication.

Incorrect email address in the account.

Mismatched deadlines on the order form and actual delivery.
